Traditional All-on-4
This is the original design for all-on-4 dental implants. It uses four implants placed at strategic angles to support an entire arch of prosthetic teeth.
Zygomatic All-on-4
This type of all-on-4 dental implant uses longer implants anchored into the cheekbone (zygomatic bone) rather than the jawbone. This technique is used in cases where the patient has severe bone loss in the jaw.
All-on-6 or All-on-8
Instead of four implants, these types of all-on-4 dental implants use six or eight implants to support a full arch of prosthetic teeth. This technique may be used in cases where additional support is needed for the denture.
