Die folgenden Anweisungen zur Nachsorge enthalten allgemeine Informationen, die Sie nach Ihrer Nasenkorrektur/Septo-Nasenkorrektur unterstützen. MCAN Health übernimmt keine Haftung für die Richtigkeit dieser Anweisungen. Die Anweisungen Ihres Arztes nach einer Nasenkorrektur/Septo-Nasenkorrektur sollten angewendet werden.

Bitte beachten Sie:

• Influenza, Erkältung oder andere Krankheiten sind ein Hindernis für die Operation. Bitte verschieben Sie die Operation, wenn Sie ungefähr eine Woche lang erkältet sind.

Vor der Operation:

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie nicht an Influenza oder Erkältung leiden.
• Trinken Sie eine Woche vorher keinen Alkohol und hören Sie mindestens einen Monat vorher mit dem Rauchen auf. Nikotin ist schlecht für die Durchblutung des Körpers und erhöht das Risiko von Anästhesiekomplikationen und verringert die Heilungsqualität.
• Sie sollten die Einnahme von blutverdünnenden Medikamenten wie Aspirin vermeiden. Der Konsum solcher Medikamente sollte eine Woche vor der Operation beendet werden, da dies die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Blutungen erhöhen kann.
• Sie sollten 8 Stunden vor der Operation aufhören zu essen und zu trinken.
• Nach Ihrer Operation ist es nicht gestattet bis zum Kontrolltermin zu duschen. Bitte duschen Sie vor der Operation.
• Tragen Sie kein Make-up, Haarsprays oder Gele, Nagellack, künstliche Wimpern oder Nägel.

           P.S: Für Männer wird empfohlen, den Bart/Schnurrbart vor der Nasenoperation zu rasieren.

• Bitte nehmen Sie all Ihren Schmuck und jedes Metall ab und legen Sie all Ihre wertvollen Gegenstände im Krankenhaus auf einen Safe.

Nach der Operation (Anweisungen nach der Operation)

• Bitte stützen Sie Ihren Kopf mit einem zusätzlichen Kissen und versuchen Sie einige Tage in einem geraden Winkel zu schlafen. Dies verringert das Risiko der Wassereinlagerung.
• Die Schwellung erreicht ihren Höhepunkt nach 48-72 Stunden. Tragen Sie in den ersten 72 Stunden nach der Operation einen Eisbeutel auf, um Schwellungen und Blutergüsse zu minimieren. Üben Sie keinen Druck auf die Nasenschiene aus.
• Nach der Operation ist es besser häufig herumzulaufen oder die Beine zu bewegen. Dies wird dazu beitragen, die Entwicklung von Blutgerinnseln zu verhindern.
• Sie sollten die Medikamente, die von Ihrem Arzt verordnet sind pünktlich und richtig einnehmen.
• Sie sollten die Nasenschiene (über der Nase) und die Nasensilikonschienen (innerhalb der Nasenlöcher) nicht berühren.
• Sie können Ihre Haare beim Friseur waschen lassen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Nasenschiene nicht nass wird und halten Sie Ihre Schnitte vollständig trocken, um Infektionen zu vermeiden.
• Vermeiden Sie mindestens zwei Wochen lang das Rauchen und Trinken von Alkohol. Rauchen beeinträchtigt die Heilungsqualität.
• Es ist normal, sich in den ersten Tagen müde zu fühlen.
• Vermeiden Sie in den ersten 3 Wochen nach der Operation anstrengende Aktivitäten und Sportarten. Nach 3 Wochen können Sie joggen und nach 6 Wochen können schweres Heben und andere Sportarten ausgeführt werden.
• Sexuelle Aktivitäten sollten in den ersten 2 Wochen vermieden werden. Sie sollten Ihre Aktivitäten langsam steigern, damit Sie am Ende der 3. Woche wieder normal sind.
• Tragen Sie nach dem Entfernen der Schiene 6 Wochen lang keine Brille und lassen Sie nichts Schweres auf Ihrer Nase (Sonnenbrillen werden 6 Monate lang nicht empfohlen). Denn jedes Gewicht auf Ihrer Nase kann den Nasenknochen oder den Knorpel beschädigen. Es wird empfohlen, Kontaktlinsen zu verwenden, insbesondere in den ersten 6 Wochen.
• Schützen Sie die Schnittlinie 3 Monate lang vor Sonneneinstrahlung, da UVA und UVB die Einschnitte schädigen können. Bitte tragen Sie Sonnenschutzmittel mit UVA- und UVB-Schutz auf, wenn Sie in der Sonne sind.
• Beide Nasenschienen werden 5 bis 7 Tage nach der Operation entfernt. Nachdem die Nasenschiene entfernt wurde können Sie die Nase vorsichtig mit Seife waschen und von nun an kann Make-up und Feuchtigkeitscremes aufgetragen werden, wenn sie sich trocken anfühlt.
• Manchmal ist die Nasenspitze für eine Weile taub und gelegentlich auch die Vorderzähne. Diese Gefühle werden allmählich abnehmen.
• Der größte Teil der Schwellung ist 3-6 Wochen nach der Operation verschwunden. Mit dem endgültigen Ergebnis ist zu rechnen, wenn der gesamte Heilungsprozess abgeschlossen ist (in einem Jahr).
• Sie werden eine Steifheit um Ihre Nase spüren, insbesondere an der Oberlippe und den Zähnen, und aus diesem Grund werden Sie den Bereich einige Wochen lang nicht so flexibel wie zuvor fühlen. Es wird von den anderen nicht bemerkt, aber Sie können es fühlen. Mit der Zeit kehrt es zum Normalzustand zurück.
• Nach der Untersuchung sollten Sie für jedes Nasenloch eine Kochsalzlösung (Salzwasser oder Ozean-Nasenspray) verwenden. Dieser sollte 3-4 mal täglich angewendet werden. Es hilft innere Krusten und andere Verstopfungen zu beseitigen.
• Bitte befolgen Sie die Anweisungen, um sicherzustellen, dass sich Ihr Heilungsprozess optimal entwickelt.

Wichtige Erinnerung: 50% des Erfolgs des Operationsergebnisses gehören dem Arzt, aber die Nachsorge schafft die anderen 50% des Erfolgs für Ihre Operation.

What is a Butt Lift?

A butt lift or butt augmentation is a surgical procedure to improve the shape and volume of the buttocks. There are two types of buttock augmentation:

How is BBL performed?

1. Tumescent Liposuction

Then, a thin tube called a cannula which is attached to a powerful vacuum device inserted through the incision to loosen the fat. Then the fat is extracted from the body by using a surgical vacuum or syringe attached to the cannula.

2. Purification

The extracted fat is contained in a canister. The extracted fat is sterilized before it is injected into the buttocks. The sterilization means the removal of the liquid and blood extracted with the fat tissue.

In the end of the procedure, the purified tissues includes only fat that is ready for grafting.

3. Fat Grafting (Fat Transfer)

In the last step, the purified fat tissues are injected into the buttock muscle and deep fat tissue of the gluteal region. The fat will be injected through small incisions that are made in the buttock area.

The fat will be grafted in natural layers, to achieve a natural-looking, smooth result with a good volume.

• Say hello to your surgeon: You will have an in-person consultation with your surgeon before your surgery. You will have a chance to discuss your BBL in detail and your surgeon will inform you about the details of your butt lift.
• Consent is everything: You will sign a consent form.
• Medical tests for your well-being: Your surgeon will perform medical tests before Brazilian Butt Lift surgery.
• Yes, it is now time for ‘the big thing’: You will undergo your BBL which usually takes around 3 to 4 hours.
• It is over! Now excitement kicks in! Initial check-ups: Your surgeon will do the initial check-ups when you regain your consciousness after anaesthesia.
• Enjoy your stay at a top-quality hospital: You will spend the night at our internationally accredited, high-quality hospital.

Day 2

• See your lovely surgeon again: You will have your second check-up before you are discharged from the hospital. Your surgeon will explain you about post-op care in detail.
