Nr. O’Mahony, a highly respected and experienced aesthetic nurse, has dedicated over 20 years to the field of medical aesthetics and aftercare. She began her nursing career at St Mary’s Hospital, London and spent a decade in the NHS, where she held senior roles, including Neurosurgery Theatre Sister at the Royal Free Hospital for four years.

Her expertise in post-procedure care was further refined through her work at The London Clinic, where she collaborated with some of the world’s leading plastic and cosmetic surgeons. In 1998, she founded Harley Street Treatments Ltd, a medically-led clinic specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments and patient aftercare.

As Clinical Director of Malti Aesthetics in Notting Hill, London, Nr. O’Mahony continues to provide top-tier aftercare services, ensuring patients receive the highest level of support, recovery guidance, and personalized follow-up care after their procedures. In addition to her hands-on expertise, she has published scientific papers, designed Britain’s first university-credited Mesotherapy Course, and frequently speaks at national and international conferences.
